COREPER II Ambassadors to discuss Digital Omnibus on 21/10/2026.

The Permanent Representatives Committee, otherwise known as COREPER II, will discuss the Digital Omnibus, on 21/10/2026, after earlier deferred attempts on 07/10/2026 and 11/10/2026, following an objection from Germany on a provision of the Data Act.

It is likely that the Council position on the proposal will be formally approved by EU Ambassadors, unless further objections are raised by Member States before or during the meeting.
